Numinous Press is a boutique publisher dedicated to crafting high-quality handmade workbooks, journals, study aids, and gifts for enthusiasts of Tarot, Astrology, Qabalah, and esoteric philosophy.

Based in Asheville, North Carolina, Numinous Press is more than a publisher; it's a labor of love. Its owners, each with a lifetime of experience in graphic design and the print industry, pour their passion and expertise into every product. This personal touch is evident in the high-end professional standards we achieve, from concept through material selection and presentation. All of our products are printed locally and hand-assembled in our West Asheville studio, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and quality you can see, feel, and trust for years to come.



The study of Tarot, Qabalah, and astrology has been part of our lives for over 30 years. This personal connection to the subject matter inspired many of Numinous Press’s products, which were developed from the charts we created for personal use to help memorize and understand the symbols and meanings of these complex systems of study. The need for products geared toward independent students of the inner arts became apparent as others began requesting copies of these charts. What began as The Great Workbook project, after two years, spawned several other product ideas and eventually led to the creation of Numinous Press.

We guarantee the quality of our products and offer full refunds or replacements within 30 days of purchase. Additionally, we can make repairs in our shop if you ever need replacement pages and/or rebinding. After 30 days from your purchase date, a nominal service fee will be charged for repairs to cover materials and shipping.
