Shipping Within the Continental U.S.

We aim to process orders within three business days of receipt, but please allow an additional two days for delivery to the carrier. We typically ship twice a week and only once during weeks with an observed holiday.

• All orders over $35 ship FREE to addresses within the Continental United States.

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of items in your cart. We ship packages via USPS, and applicable options will be displayed during checkout. Packages sent via Priority Mail include up to $50 in insurance coverage. If you need additional coverage, please let us know in advance. Extra insurance coverage is available for an additional cost.

• Please verify that your shipping address is correct and includes your phone number and/or email address before submitting your order. If your item is returned to us, we will reship it; however, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Once USPS receives your package, Numinous Press is not liable for any shipping delays or products damaged or lost during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We recommend taking photos of the box before and after opening it, along with additional pictures of any damaged items; these images may be required to submit an insurance claim.

International Shipping

• International shipping costs are nonrefundable.

• International shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of items and the destination. Unless specified otherwise, the cost only covers the shipment expense. We are required to complete customs declarations for every international package accurately, and we will not falsify these documents.

• We do not collect taxes, import duties, or customs fees for international orders; you are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees your country may impose.

• Please verify that your shipping address is correct and includes your phone number and/or email address before submitting your order. If your item is returned to us, we will reship it; however, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

  • If your international package is returned to us due to incorrect address formatting we will not reship until you provide us with a corrected address.

  • If our website does not allow the proper formatting for your address, please send us a message with the correct formatting typed out.

• Most international orders arrive within 4 weeks. However, depending on your country’s customs regulations some international shipments can take up to 3 months. We have no way of calculating this timeframe for you and are not responsible for items delayed in customs.
